In a recent conversation with Curly Tales, she revealed the one rule she follows without compromise at home—her daughter must consume ragi every single day, a practice inspired by Sadhguru.
Why Ragi Is a Non-Negotiable at the Konidela Household
During the interview, Upasana shared that ragi is one of her favourite foods. She remembered Sadhguru personally telling her:
“Upasana, make sure she has ragi in any form every day.”
