The residence was also previously offered as a rental for $32,500 per month.

According to the New York Post, the property carries approximately $18.6 million in outstanding loans, while monthly homeowners’ association dues are reportedly around $17,000.

Few celebrity properties are as closely connected to their owner’s public image as Carey’s Tribeca penthouse.
