Wamiqa shared a glimpse of her appearance on KBC on Friday, posting a short video that shows her interacting with Amitabh Bachchan while Rajkummar Rao can be seen nearby.
For the actor, however, the appearance was about more than simply stepping onto a popular television show. In a heartfelt social media post, Wamiqa reflected on how watching KBC with her family as a child eventually led to her sitting on the show’s iconic hot seat.

The actor said the emotional significance of the moment became clear when Amitabh Bachchan sat in front of her and she noticed her family watching from the audience.
“It didn’t fully hit me until Amitabh Bachchan sir sat down in front of me… and I looked over at my family in the audience. And suddenly, I saw it,” Wamiqa wrote.
She then drew a connection between her childhood memories and the moment she found herself inside the world of the show she had once watched from home.
“Us then… sitting together in front of the TV. Us now… somehow inside it,” she added.

“That little distance between the sofa at home and the KBC hot seat suddenly felt like an entire lifetime,” she wrote.
The actor also connected the experience with the emotions shared by many middle-class families who grew up watching KBC together.

“That day, there was one person on the hot seat… but it felt like my whole family was sitting there with me,” she added.
Wamiqa ended the emotional note by describing life as unpredictable and beautiful.
