Actor Rashmika Mandanna has partnered with HYBE India to encourage young Indian women to pursue careers in the arts as part of the HYBE INDIA Audition: Final Call. The initiative is searching for emerging female talent across vocals, rap, dance, acting and modelling, with selected participants potentially getting an opportunity to develop as global artists.
As part of the campaign, Mandanna appears in a promotional video reflecting on her own career journey, the opportunities that helped her move forward and the determination required to turn an ambition into reality.

Speaking about her association with the initiative, Mandanna said every artistic journey begins with an opportunity and the confidence to take the first step.
“Every journey begins with an opportunity and the courage to take that first step. When I look back at my own journey, I know how much it takes to keep believing in yourself, working hard and saying yes to possibilities that can take you somewhere you may never have imagined,” Mandanna said.
The actor, whose career spans several Indian film industries, also welcomed HYBE India’s decision to search for talent in the country.

Who Can Apply for the HYBE India Audition?
The HYBE INDIA Audition: Final Call is specifically seeking Indian female participants born between 2005 and 2011.
Applicants can showcase talent in multiple categories, including:
