Preity Zinta completes second Bandra apartment sale for ₹18.5 crore: Report

Bollywood actor Preity Zinta has reportedly sold another apartment in Mumbai’s upscale Bandra neighbourhood for ₹18.5 crore, marking her second property transaction in the area within four months.

According to property registration documents accessed by CRE Matrix, the apartment is located in the Rustomjee Parishram building at Pali Hill, one of the most premium residential pockets in Bandra. The property spans 1,770 sq ft and is situated on the 11th floor of the building.

The transaction was officially registered on March 2, 2026, and the buyers have been identified as Priya Nagar and Rajeev Nagar, both US citizens of Indian origin.

Second property sale in four months

The latest deal follows another sale by Preity Zinta in November 2025, when she reportedly sold a separate apartment in the same locality for more than ₹14 crore.

With the two transactions combined, the actor has sold properties worth over ₹32 crore in Bandra in a short period.

Industry observers suggest that such back-to-back deals highlight growing demand for redeveloped luxury apartments in Mumbai, especially in neighbourhoods like Pali Hill and Bandra that remain popular among celebrities and high-net-worth buyers.

Apartment received through redevelopment project

Property documents show that the apartment sold in the latest deal had been allotted to Zinta in April 2025 as part of a redevelopment project.

The redevelopment was carried out by Keystone Realtors, also known as Rustomjee, following an agreement between the housing society and the developer.

Under the arrangement, the actor received the apartment as Permanent Alternate Accommodation (PAA) after the original building redevelopment agreement was executed in October 2023, according to CRE Matrix.

The sale involved a stamp duty payment of ₹1.11 crore and a registration fee of ₹30,000, according to the registration records.

Possible reinvestment plans

Sources previously told Hindustan Times Real Estate in December 2025 that Preity Zinta could potentially reinvest proceeds from earlier sales into a new property valued around ₹100 crore in Bandra.

However, the actor or her representatives have not officially confirmed any future real estate plans or commented on the use of the funds from the latest sale.

Celebrities active in Mumbai’s luxury property market

The Mumbai luxury real estate market has seen significant activity from film personalities in recent years.

For instance, actor Akshay Kumar reportedly sold multiple properties worth over ₹100 crore in 2025, while veteran star Amitabh Bachchan has also been in the news for several high-value property transactions.

Such deals underline the dynamic nature of Mumbai’s premium real estate sector, where celebrities frequently buy, sell, or restructure their property investments.
