Marathi actor Prajakta Mali has reportedly completed two significant real estate transactions in Goregaon, Mumbai, within a short span of time. The actress sold a 473 sq ft apartment in Goregaon East for Rs 1.12 crore, just days after purchasing a much larger property in the same area for Rs 6.42 crore.
The transactions have drawn attention because of the difference in the values of the two properties and the timing of the deals. Details of the transactions are based on registered property documents.
Prajakta Mali Sells Goregaon East Flat for Rs 1.12 Crore
According to an agreement for sale document accessed by real estate analytics firm CRE Matrix, Prajakta Dnyaneshwar Mali sold a 473 sq ft flat in Goregaon East for Rs 1.12 crore.
The transaction was registered on September 10, 2026. The actress reportedly paid Rs 6.73 lakh in stamp duty as part of the transaction.

Actress Bought Rs 6.42 Crore Apartment in Goregaon
The sale came shortly after Prajakta Mali purchased another apartment in Goregaon.
As per a registered sale deed dated August 12, 2026, Mali acquired an apartment in Oberoi Exquisite on Mohan Gokhale Road for approximately Rs 6.42 crore. The property has around 996 sq ft of carpet area and includes a parking space.
Based on the registered transaction value, the apartment works out to approximately Rs 64,500 per sq ft.
The sale deed reportedly records the total consideration at around Rs 6.4 crore. Mali also took a housing loan of Rs 5.78 crore from Indian Bank to help finance the purchase.
