Bridgerton Season 4 actress Yerin Ha, who impressed audiences as Sophie Baek, has shared insights into her skincare routine, revealing that her approach to beauty is rooted in self-care, consistency, and lessons learned from her mother.
In a conversation with Vogue, the 28-year-old actor described skincare as her personal “me time.” She credited her early exposure to Korean beauty rituals for shaping her routine. “I’ve been into skincare from a really young age. I’d go to Korea once a year to visit my grandparents, and affordable skincare was everywhere. I was always buying a simple three-step routine,” she shared.
Yerin also recalled how watching her mother’s nightly skincare ritual left a lasting impression. “I shared a room with my mom until I was a teenager. Seeing her take a pause every night to wash the day away really taught me the value of slowing down and caring for yourself,” she said.
Inside Yerin Ha’s skincare routine
The actor begins her routine with a rice water–infused cleanser, using a small amount and gently wiping it off with a towel. This is followed by a soothing face mask, which she leaves on for 10 to 15 minutes. “This just really calms my skin,” she noted.

Add Hunterfly on GoogleNext comes what Yerin calls her “recipe” for glowing skin — a pore-refining toner formulated with BHA and PHA, mild chemical exfoliants that help remove dead skin cells and keep pores looking refined.
After applying a jelly-textured serum, she moves on to her favourite step: gua sha. “I discovered it online and really grew to love it. I also enjoy going to FACEGYM. It helps sculpt my face and releases all the tension I carry through the week,” she shared.
Her routine also includes gently massaging an eye serum, which she applies not just around her eyes but on her neck as well. “If it’s gentle enough for your eyes, it can go pretty much anywhere,” she explained.
To finish, Yerin seals everything in with a dewy, milk-based moisturiser, followed by a lightweight sunscreen, keeping her skin hydrated and protected throughout the day.
For Yerin Ha, glowing skin isn’t about excess — it’s about mindful steps, effective products, and turning skincare into a moment of calm in a busy life.
