Actor Bobby Deol has revealed that before accepting Prakash Jha’s hit web series Aashram, he first discussed the project and its intimate scenes with his wife Tanya Deol.
The actor shared that he chose not to tell his parents or brother initially, but felt it was important to inform his wife beforehand.
“Otherwise I Would’ve Been in Trouble”
Speaking during a recent chat show appearance, Bobby Deol said:
“First of all, when I heard the story I didn’t tell my father, my mother or even my brother.”
The actor added that Tanya Deol was the only family member he informed at the beginning.

“Whatever I am today is because of my wife,” he said.

“When I was going through a bad phase, she handled the entire house. I think she is my backbone.”
According to Bobby, Tanya always encouraged him to take on experimental and unconventional roles.
