The box office performance of Assi continues to show a downward trend as the film recorded its lowest daily collection on day six.

Starring Taapsee Pannu, the film has reportedly earned ₹42 lakh nett in India on its sixth day, according to early estimates. With this addition, the total domestic collection now stands at approximately ₹6.17 crore.

• Day 4 – ₹70 lakh
• Day 5 – ₹85 lakh
• Day 6 – ₹42 lakh (early estimates)

The gradual decline reflects limited audience turnout in its second half of the first week.

The film reportedly had around 1,410 shows with an average occupancy of about 6.5%, indicating modest theatre engagement.

Directed by Anubhav Sinha, Assi explores the growing issue of sexual violence and its legal and emotional aftermath.
