For many beauty pageant contestants, the weeks following a national finale can mean more appearances, shoots and events. Umanga Kumawat, however, returned to a very different routine after competing at the Miss Universe India 2026 finale: her corporate job at Google.
The engineer, who represented Madhya Pradesh at the pageant, recently gave followers a glimpse of her everyday schedule in Bengaluru. Her one-minute “day in my life” video showed how workouts, office hours, coffee breaks and deadlines fit into her routine after stepping away from the pageant stage.
From Miss Universe India Stage to Google Office
Umanga was among the Top 20 contestants out of 52 finalists at the Miss Universe India 2026 national finale held in Jaipur.
The August 23 event eventually saw Kerala’s Kaziah Liz Mejia take the national title.

After getting ready, she heads towards the Google campus. By approximately 10:30 am, she is at the company’s wellness centre, making time for a workout before beginning her workday.
An outfit check follows before she switches from fitness mode to professional mode and settles into her office routine.
