Reports about Bhagyashri Borse joining Aditya Roy Kapur in Milap Zaveri’s upcoming film have been dismissed by T-Series. The production house has clarified that the actor is not part of the project and said the female lead will be officially announced at a later date.
The clarification comes after reports claimed that Bhagyashri had been finalised as the female lead opposite Aditya in what director Milap Zaveri has described as an intense and violent love story.
T-Series Clarifies Bhagyashri Borse Is Not Part of the Film
The casting speculation began after a report suggested that Bhagyashri had been selected for Milap Zaveri’s next project with Aditya Roy Kapur.
However, the production house has now put the rumours to rest.

“The reports of Bhagyashri Borse being a part of T-Series and Milap Zaveri’s upcoming project with Aditya Roy Kapur are untrue. The production house will officially announce the actress soon.”
The statement makes it clear that Bhagyashri is not associated with the film, while also confirming that the makers are yet to officially reveal the actress who will be paired opposite Aditya.
Milap Zaveri Promises an Intense Love Story
Although the project is being kept largely under wraps, Milap Zaveri previously offered some insight into what audiences can expect.
Speaking to PTI in July, the filmmaker described the upcoming film as an “intense and violent” love story.
Milap said romance has increasingly become a central element of his filmmaking and pointed to the success of his earlier projects as part of that evolution.

Bhagyashri Borse’s Career Continues to Grow
While the T-Series project is not part of Bhagyashri Borse’s upcoming slate, the actor has steadily expanded her presence across the Indian film industry.
She made early appearances in the Hindi films Yaariyan 2 and Chandu Champion, both in cameo roles.
Her subsequent work in South Indian cinema helped establish her as a performer to watch.
Bhagyashri appeared in Mr Bachchan, directed by Harish Shankar and starring Ravi Teja. She later featured in Kingdom and Andhra King Taluka in 2025.
Her work in the Tamil film Kaantha also attracted attention, with the film featuring Dulquer Salmaan, Samuthirakani and Rana Daggubati.
More recently, Bhagyashri shared the screen with Akhil Akkineni in Lenin.
She is also set to appear in Seyon alongside Sivakarthikeyan. The Tamil project is being produced by Kamal Haasan.
