For Sharvari, fashion is not necessarily about chasing every new trend. The actor says she prefers pieces that can become part of her everyday wardrobe and remain relevant across different occasions.

That philosophy extends to her relationship with watches. Rather than viewing a timepiece simply as an accessory, Sharvari sees watches as objects that can carry memories and become connected to important moments in a person’s life.

The actor, who has appeared in films including Bunty Aur Babli 2, Munjya, Vedaa and Alpha, recently spoke about her personal style and her association with watch brand Daniel Wellington.

Sharvari Prefers Pieces That Last

Sharvari says she has long believed in choosing fashion pieces that can be worn repeatedly rather than items designed for just one occasion.

“Personally, I’ve always believed in investing in pieces that you can wear again and again, across different occasions,” she said.

For her, accessories can also have a sentimental value, particularly when they are shared within a family.

“I love accessories that become a part of your everyday life, that you can even share with your mom or your sister,” Sharvari added.

Her preference appears to align with a minimalist approach to dressing. She describes her personal style as understated and says she is naturally drawn to designs that are classic rather than overly complicated.

“The designs are minimal, classic and effortless, which is very much my personal style,” she said.

Why Watches Hold a Special Place for Sharvari

Sharvari’s latest association with Daniel Wellington reflects her interest in versatile accessories.

She says the partnership felt natural because the brand’s approach to design matches the way she thinks about fashion and her professional life.

“It felt like a very natural fit for me because it reflects who I am, both personally and professionally,” she said.

As an actor, Sharvari regularly moves between different characters, genres and visual identities. She believes that same sense of versatility is useful when choosing accessories.

“As an actor, I’m constantly stepping into different roles, so versatility is such an important part of my life,” she explained.

She added that she appreciates watches that can work with different outfits while retaining a consistent identity.

Her First Watch Was Inspired by a Friend

Sharvari’s first memory of owning a watch is considerably more personal than a luxury-shopping story.

She recalls choosing a watch because she wanted the same one as her friend.

“I still remember my very first watch, I actually picked the exact same one as my friend because I wanted the one she had. At the time, it felt like such a big deal!” she recalled.

What began as a simple childhood or early-life fashion choice eventually evolved into a more sentimental relationship with watches.

The Watch She Shares a Memory With Her Mother

Among Sharvari’s watches, one particular timepiece carries a deeper emotional significance.

She revealed that she and her sister once gifted a watch to their mother. The accessory has since become associated with that particular moment and the memory of choosing the gift together.

“There’s actually a watch that my sister and I gifted to my mom, and that one is quite special to me,” Sharvari said.

She explained that the significance comes less from the object itself and more from the people and memories connected to it.

“Whenever I see that watch, I think of her and that particular moment,” she added.

Why a Watch Can Become More Than an Accessory

For Sharvari, the appeal of a watch lies partly in its ability to stay with someone for years.

Unlike an accessory purchased specifically to complement one outfit, a watch can move between different stages of a person’s life.

“I also think watches are nice because they’re something you can keep for years,” she said.

Her point is that a timepiece can gradually accumulate personal associations. A single watch might be worn to different occasions, during different phases of life and alongside completely different outfits.

That longevity gives the accessory a sentimental quality that extends beyond fashion.

Sharvari’s Style Is About Versatility

Sharvari’s comments offer a glimpse into a fashion philosophy that prioritises longevity over constant reinvention.

Her choices reflect an interest in accessories that can transition between casual and formal settings while remaining understated.

That approach also fits her evolving career. From the youthful energy of Bunty Aur Babli 2 and horror-comedy Munjya to action-oriented projects such as Vedaa and Alpha, Sharvari has moved through markedly different screen worlds.

Away from the screen, however, she says her personal style remains comparatively consistent: minimal, classic and effortless.

And for her, the most meaningful pieces are often the ones that remain long enough to become part of the memories they accompany.
