Telugu actress Raashii Khanna, who was last seen in ‘Telusu Kada’, is all set to star in Harish Shankar’s action entertainer ‘Ustaad Bhagat Singh’. Recently, Raashii revealed why she joined the project without even going through the script — and the answer lies entirely in her desire to work with Power Star Pawan Kalyan.
A Dream Opportunity With Pawan Kalyan
Speaking to Hindustan Times, Raashii explained:
“This is the only film I signed without hearing the script. I said okay because it’s Pawan garu’s film. I have always wanted to work with him due to the sheer scale of stardom he brings.”
She acknowledged that the movie would primarily cater to Pawan Kalyan’s massive fanbase but emphasized that she was happy to be part of it:
“I know it’s his film and that I’m a part of it. I’m okay with it. Sometimes you do these commercial films for the scale and the reach.”
