Prajakta Mali buys ₹6.42 crore apartment in Mumbai’s Goregaon, reports say

Marathi actor Prajakta Mali has reportedly added a new property to her portfolio, purchasing a luxury apartment in Mumbai’s Goregaon East for ₹6.42 crore.

According to property registration details accessed by CRE Matrix and reported by India Today, the transaction was registered on August 12, 2026. The apartment is located in Oberoi Exquisite, a residential development in Goregaon East.

Prajakta Mali purchases 996 sq ft apartment

The property documents reportedly show that Prajakta has purchased a residence on the 28th floor of Tower C at Oberoi Exquisite.

The apartment has a carpet area of approximately 996 sq ft. The transaction also includes a tandem parking space measuring around 240 sq ft.

The sale deed reportedly lists Noor Khan and Yusuf Ali Khan as the sellers, with the consideration for the property recorded at ₹6.42 crore.

In addition to the purchase price, Prajakta reportedly paid ₹32.12 lakh in stamp duty and ₹30,000 in registration charges.

These statutory charges were paid separately from the amount recorded as the consideration for the apartment.

Prajakta Mali reportedly takes ₹5.78 crore housing loan

Property documents reportedly indicate that a substantial portion of the purchase was financed through a bank loan.

Prajakta is said to have secured a ₹5.78 crore housing loan from Indian Bank. The loan was reportedly sanctioned on July 28, 2026, shortly before the property transaction was registered.

The reported loan represents roughly 90% of the apartment’s ₹6.42 crore purchase price. The remaining amount would therefore have to be arranged separately, along with the applicable stamp duty and registration expenses.

The reported transaction gives Prajakta a new residence in one of Goregaon East’s prominent luxury developments.

A look at Prajakta Mali’s acting career

Prajakta Mali is a familiar name in Marathi entertainment, with work spanning television and films.

Her recent feature-film appearance was in the 2025 Marathi comedy-thriller ChikiChiki BooBoomBoom, in which she shared the screen with Sswapnil Joshi and Prarthana Behere.

Before that, she played the lead role in the period romantic drama ** Phullwanti **, released in 2024.
