The Malayalam comedy fantasy drama Pennum Porattum is gearing up for its digital debut after its theatrical release earlier this year.
Directed by Rajesh Madhavan, the film arrived in cinemas on February 13, 2026. Now, about a month later, it is preparing to reach a wider audience through streaming.

The film will premiere on Netflix starting March 13, 2026.
The platform announced the release through its official social media channels, confirming that the movie will be available in multiple languages, including Malayalam, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, and Kannada.

Trailer And Storyline
Pennum Porattum blends social satire, fantasy, and dark comedy to explore themes of societal absurdity and prejudice.
The story unfolds in the fictional village of Pattada, a place strangely associated with death and superstition. The narrative revolves around three central characters — Gopalan Master, Charulatha, and Suttu — who find themselves at the receiving end of the village’s harsh judgments and violent reactions.
Through their journeys, the film sheds light on the struggles faced by marginalized individuals. While Suttu ultimately chooses freedom and leaves the village, Charulatha remains behind, caught in the cycle of injustice that defines Pattada.
