OnlyFans Model Mia Ventura Arrested Again on New Theft Charges

OnlyFans model Mia Ventura has been arrested again while awaiting trial on separate felony charges, adding another case to an already complicated legal situation.

Ventura, whose real name is Adva Lavie, was arrested in Beverly Hills on July 28 after police reportedly discovered an outstanding Riverside County felony warrant. Officers also found that she was no longer wearing a court-ordered ankle monitor, according to reports.

A judge subsequently ordered Lavie held without bail.

Why Was Mia Ventura Arrested Again?

According to Fox News, Beverly Hills police arrested Lavie at around 10:30 p.m. on a sidewalk near North Cannon Boulevard and Brighton Way.

The warrant originated in Riverside County and was separate from the Los Angeles County criminal case in which she is already facing multiple felony charges.

The Riverside case concerns an alleged theft at an Airbnb in Indio during Coachella weekend in April 2025.

Prosecutors charged Lavie with felony grand theft in April, alleging that she took more than $11,000 worth of luxury property from a man’s Tesla Cybertruck.

Rolex and Louis Vuitton Items Allegedly Stolen

According to NBC Los Angeles, the property listed in the Riverside County case included a Rolex watch valued at approximately $8,600, Louis Vuitton Aviator sunglasses worth about $700, and a Louis Vuitton card holder valued at roughly $1,800.

The alleged incident occurred on April 12, 2025, after Lavie had reportedly been invited to an Indio rental by the alleged victim to attend Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival performances.

The accusation centers on a disagreement involving a festival wristband.

Investigators reportedly obtained surveillance footage from the Airbnb that appeared to show Lavie taking the property.

The alleged victim, identified as Oscar, told NBC Los Angeles that he felt violated by what allegedly happened. Following news of Lavie’s latest arrest, he described it as a step forward for a case the victims had been waiting to see progress.

Arrest Warrant Was Issued After Missed Court Appearance

Lavie reportedly failed to appear for a scheduled Riverside County arraignment in May.

A judge subsequently issued a $20,000 arrest warrant, which remained active until Beverly Hills police located and arrested her in July.

The discovery that she had removed her court-ordered electronic monitoring device further complicated the situation. Following the arrest, a judge ordered her held without bail.

She Already Faces Six Felony Counts in Los Angeles

The Riverside County case is not Lavie’s only criminal proceeding.

In March, she pleaded not guilty in Los Angeles County to six felony counts, including allegations involving grand theft, unauthorized use of personal identifying information and first-degree residential burglary.

Prosecutors allege that the offenses took place between 2023 and 2025.

According to the Los Angeles case, investigators believe Lavie met affluent individuals through dating applications and websites associated with “Sugar Daddy” relationships. Prosecutors allege that she developed relationships with people in affluent areas of Los Angeles County before stealing items including cash, gold, credit cards and designer goods.

Five alleged victims are identified in the LA County charges, while investigators have reportedly examined possible connections to additional burglaries.

Lavie has pleaded not guilty to the Los Angeles charges, meaning the allegations remain unresolved in court.

Potential Prison Sentence Could Exceed 11 Years

If Lavie were convicted on all six Los Angeles County felony counts, prosecutors say she could face a maximum sentence of 11 years and eight months in state prison.

With the additional Riverside County felony grand theft case, she now faces seven felony charges across the two counties, according to the reports.

The ultimate outcome will depend on the proceedings in both jurisdictions.

Ex-Fiancé Stephen Cloobeck Also Faces Charges

The case has attracted additional attention because of Lavie’s former fiancé, real estate billionaire Stephen Cloobeck.

Cloobeck, 64, was arrested in May and separately charged with three felony counts alleging attempts to dissuade witnesses by force or threat in connection with Lavie’s case.

According to reports, his arraignment was scheduled for August 7.

His criminal case is separate from the theft allegations against Lavie, and the charges against him likewise remain allegations unless established in court.

A Growing Legal Battle

Lavie’s latest arrest significantly expands the legal challenges she faces.

She is now dealing with an additional felony theft prosecution in Riverside County while continuing to contest six felony charges in Los Angeles County. The discovery that she had allegedly removed her ankle monitor and the missed Riverside court appearance have also become significant developments in the case.

For now, the allegations against Lavie remain matters for the courts to resolve.
