In one of the photos from the trip, Eliza and Channing appeared together in a mirror selfie, giving followers another glimpse into their getaway.

Eliza and Channing’s Italian escape also comes at an exciting time for the couple.

After nine years together, Channing proposed to Eliza in Santorini in June 2025. The proposal took place in Greece and was followed by an engagement ring featuring a 2.5-carat pear-shaped diamond.

Speaking about the proposal in an interview with HELLO!, Eliza described the experience as an “out-of-body experience.”

“I laughed and I cried. I don’t know how he pulled it all off, but it was so special,” she recalled.

The couple have previously spoken about their interest in a destination wedding, with the Mediterranean holding particular significance because of their shared memories there.

Eliza has also mentioned Lake Como as a dream possibility, although she noted that she had not yet visited the Italian destination.

From engagement celebrations to wedding venue hunting

The couple’s recent travels have added another layer to the wedding speculation.

On 4 August, Eliza shared photographs from Ravello wearing a bridal-white swimsuit and teased that “wedding venue hunting begins.”

While she has not confirmed a wedding location, her recent travels through southern Italy have placed some of the country’s most romantic destinations firmly in the spotlight.

For now, however, Eliza appears to be enjoying the summer before the next chapter of her wedding plans begins.
