- 8 cups granulated sugar (combined for all syrups)
- 8 cups filtered water (combined for all syrups)
- 10 sterilized medium glass bottles (~250 ml each)
- Small funnel, fine-mesh strainer, or cheesecloth
1. Citrus Spritz Syrup
Ingredients:
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice (~3 lemons)
- 1/2 cup fresh orange juice (~2 oranges)
- 1 tbsp finely grated lemon zest
- 1 tbsp finely grated orange zest
- 1/2 tsp citric acid (optional)

- Reduce heat and cook 5 minutes for flavor extraction.
- Remove from heat, stir in juices and citric acid. Cool 15–20 minutes.

2. Berry Garden Syrup
Ingredients:
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
- 4–5 mint sprigs
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
- Combine water, sugar, and berries in a saucepan. Simmer, mashing gently.
- Add mint and simmer 8–10 minutes. Remove mint, stir in lemon juice and vanilla.
- Cool 15 minutes, strain for clarity, bottle, seal, and refrigerate 3–4 weeks.
