Ajay Devgn’s ‘De De Pyaar De 2’ is maintaining a steady pace at the domestic box office, inching closer to the Rs 50 crore milestone. According to early estimates from Sacnilk, the film collected around Rs 3.50 crore on its sixth day, bringing the total India net collection to Rs 47.75 crore.
The romantic comedy, directed by Anshul Sharma, opened to Rs 8.75 crore on its first day and had already earned Rs 44.25 crore by the end of the first five days.
Mid-Week Performance
After a strong weekend, the film faced a predictable mid-week slowdown. On Monday, collections dipped to Rs 4.25 crore, followed by Rs 5.25 crore on Tuesday. Wednesday’s Rs 3.50 crore shows that the film continues to hold its ground despite weekday pressures. With the total now just short of Rs 50 crore, the film is well-positioned to make an impact as it approaches its second weekend.
Occupancy Trends
On Wednesday, November 19, Hindi occupancy for the film averaged 8.84%, starting with 6.19% in morning shows. The afternoon showed 8.05%, evening at 8.76%, and the night shows saw a peak occupancy of 12.37%. These figures indicate a gradual improvement in audience footfall as the day progressed.
