“Sreelakshmi is trying to promote herself as a feminist, but she seems to be a pseudo-feminist in many instances. During Komban’s issues and when the leader demanded a female stance in the Janasabha, I haven’t seen the feminist in Sreelakshmi. She is being the Kulasthree in the house, not Anjali.”

Shibna’s comments made feminism and the consistency of contestants’ positions a central part of the weekend discussion.

Sreelakshmi Says She Does Not Need to Prove Herself

She told the host:

“If she feels that I am being a Kulasthree, let it be, I accept that. I know the struggles I have faced. From being the daughter of a single parent to fighting life’s challenges alone, I have come a long way. So, I don’t have to prove anything to anyone. I have heard the same accusation before too, so it doesn’t bother me.”
