Among the names circulating online is Akriti Negi, the MTV Splitsvilla X5 winner who has also appeared on other reality television shows. Social-media posts and reports have claimed that Negi could enter the Bigg Boss 20 house as a wild card.

However, there is currently no official confirmation from Negi or the Bigg Boss 20 makers. Her reported entry should therefore be treated as speculation until the show officially announces its next contestant.

Who Is Akriti Negi?

Akriti Negi is a reality television personality and social media influencer who first gained wider recognition through MTV Roadies: Karm Ya Kaand in 2023.

She subsequently appeared on MTV Splitsvilla X5, also known as Season 15 of the dating reality series. Negi won the season alongside Jashwanth Bopanna in 2024, giving her another major boost in the Indian reality-TV space.

The same post also mentioned Rhiya Ahir as another possible entrant.

She previously came close to joining the season through the show’s Fans Ka Faisla twist, in which she competed against Lovepreet Gill for an opportunity to enter the Bigg Boss 20 house.

Lovepreet ultimately received the audience vote, meaning Ahir did not enter the show at that stage.

Ahir also attracted attention after a viral incident involving a police vehicle during a Gen Z protest, when she was reportedly seen standing in front of the vehicle as students were being taken away.

For now, Akriti Negi’s reported wild-card entry remains unconfirmed.

The same applies to the speculation surrounding Rhiya Ahir. Online posts can generate considerable discussion around reality-show casting, but they do not constitute official confirmation from the programme.
