Just hours after the Bigg Boss 19 finale, runner-up Farrhana Bhatt was surrounded by fans eager for selfies. While she narrowly missed the trophy to Gaurav Khanna, her strong fan support and massive online engagement made her one of the most memorable contestants of the season.

However, as soon as she stepped out of the house, Farrhana was confronted with a major online narrative: claims that she was being supported internally by her rumoured boyfriend Bhaskar Bhatt, a former employee of the show’s production house.

In a conversation with India Today, Farrhana dismissed the allegations.

She said, “What? Bhaskar helped me? Not at all. No one can do that in a show like this. He once told me, ‘Don’t ruin my reputation and at least survive three weeks.’ If someone wasn’t even sure whether I would last a couple of weeks, how could they push me to the finale?”

Farrhana was also informed about a supposed love angle trending on social media. Bhaskar, who was present during her interviews, listened as she addressed the speculation.

She reacted, “No way. He is a very dear friend. I had only met him once or twice before the show. This is completely nonsensical. Bhaskar and I are just friends. This is only the third time we have met personally.”

To add clarity, Farrhana explained that Bhaskar was the one who first approached her for the show two years ago. At the time, she was busy with another project, so things did not move forward. She revealed, “I had his number saved as ‘Bigg Boss’ because I did not even know his name then. This year I went through multiple interview rounds like everyone else. There is absolutely no truth to these assumptions.”

On Gaurav Khanna’s Win: Farrhana Remains Unfiltered

Their dynamic during the season was filled with tension, and Farrhana did not hold back her honest opinion even after the finale.

She said, “I still believe he was playing a character the whole season. When people call you a star, it comes with responsibility. You show that you have morals and principles, but when the time comes to stand by them, you fail because your friends or enemies are involved. It only shows that you talk big but do not act. He has not done anything throughout the entire season. He won because of his fans. That is it.”

Farrhana Says She Leaves the Show With Love, Not Regret

Despite the loss, Farrhana said she felt fulfilled.

“I am feeling absolutely amazing. Even though I did not win the trophy, I won people’s love. That means a lot to me. My focus was always on winning hearts, not just the trophy,” she said.
