Mumbai: Popular comedian Bharti Singh has sold her apartment in Goregaon West for ₹3.75 crore, according to property registration documents accessed by CRE Matrix. The 1,186 sq ft flat, located on the seventh floor of Kalpataru Regalia, was purchased in 2016 for ₹2.64 crore, marking an appreciation of ₹1.10 crore, or over 41% return on investment in nine years.
The property was sold to Dhnya Ramakrishnan on November 10, 2025. The transaction included two car parking spaces, with the buyer paying over ₹22 lakh in stamp duty and a registration fee of ₹30,000.
