‘Kaccha Badam’ Fame Anjali Arora’s Boyfriend Akash Sansanwal Arrested for Using Fake Ex-MP Sticker

Social media influencer and “Kaccha Badam” sensation Anjali Arora’s boyfriend, Akash Sansanwal, has been arrested by the Meerut Police after he was allegedly found using a fake ‘Ex-MP’ sticker of the Indian Parliament on his luxury vehicle. The incident has triggered widespread attention on social media and news platforms.

The arrest took place during routine vehicle checks ahead of Republic Day at the Partapur Kashi Toll Plaza on the Delhi–Meerut Expressway.

What Led to Akash Sansanwal’s Arrest?

According to police officials, Akash Sansanwal was travelling in a Delhi-registered Scorpio SUV bearing a forged ‘Indian Parliament – Ex-MP’ sticker, which raised suspicion during security screening.

• Authorities intercepted two Scorpio SUVs and two Thar vehicles involved

After verification, a case was registered at Partapur Police Station under multiple sections related to fraud, cheating, and impersonation. The Scorpio vehicle was seized, and Akash was taken into custody.

He is expected to be produced before a court on January 27.

Four Others Also Arrested

Officials confirmed that four additional individuals were arrested in the same operation. The police action was led by Brahmapuri CO Soumya Asthana and SP City Ayush Vikram Singh, who were supervising heightened Republic Day security measures.

Police stated that strict checks are being carried out to curb misuse of fake government passes and political insignia.

Political Claims Under Scrutiny

Akash Sansanwal is known to be a digital content creator with over 79,000 followers on Instagram, where he often shared photos and videos with Anjali Arora. He also runs a social media page identifying himself as Vice President, BJP OBC Morcha, Mehrauli.

Police sources said that his claims of political affiliation are being verified as part of the ongoing investigation.

Reports further suggest that after his arrest, Akash allegedly contacted several political leaders in Delhi seeking assistance.

As the news spread, reports indicated that Anjali Arora also reached the police station, though she has not issued any public statement regarding the matter so far.

The incident has drawn significant attention due to Anjali’s popularity as a social media star and reality TV personality.
