Bollywood icon Akshay Kumar has sparked excitement online after sharing a brand new video with actress Disha Patani, offering a sneak peek into the latest remix of his cult track ‘Ek Uncha Lamba Kad’. The recreation will feature in his upcoming film Welcome to the Jungle, the third chapter of the blockbuster Welcome franchise.
Sharing the short clip on social media, Akshay wrote:
“From our hearts to yours!! What a throwback; 18 years and still an all–time favourite. With so much nostalgia, beautiful Disha and I bring you Welcome to the Jungle… Never forgetting our Queen Katrina.”
His heartfelt reference to Katrina Kaif instantly won over fans, with comment sections flooding with appreciation for him acknowledging her legacy.
Akshay and Disha Groove To The Revamped Track
In the teaser, Akshay Kumar and Disha Patani are seen dancing to the peppy recreated version, adding a fresh modern twist while keeping nostalgia intact. Fans have already declared their anticipation in the comments, calling the track “a pure throwback moment”.
