Reality television personality Akanksha Chaudhary has opened up about the pressure she felt to achieve a more defined facial appearance while preparing for a Miss Universe event.
In a recent conversation with Pinkvilla, Akanksha addressed online speculation about whether she had undergone a nose surgery and also spoke candidly about cosmetic procedures she considered in the past.
The actor-model firmly denied having surgery on her nose.
“People are making videos that Aakanksha got a nose surgery done. No, I didn’t do anything,” she said.
However, she revealed that she once seriously considered buccal fat removal, a cosmetic procedure that involves removing fat from the cheeks to create a more sculpted facial appearance.

“I was about to start my journey of Miss Universe, and several people told me a thousand times that you will have to reduce your cheeks. Only a chiselled face works in this industry.”
