A Sister’s Search Leads to Jhargram

Madhumita Sarcar plays Dimple, whose relationship with her younger sister Taniya is shaped by both affection and a powerful sense of responsibility.

Taniya, portrayed by Inaaya Chowdhury, is now a schoolteacher. Her life takes a mysterious turn when she disappears after reportedly being last seen entering Chamsutti.

Dimple refuses to accept that her sister is dead. Determined to find her, she travels to Jhargram, where the search gradually takes her into a far more unsettling world than she could have anticipated.

There, she crosses paths with Shakib, a journalist investigating unusual events connected to the forest, and Shamik, a local guide who knows the dangers of the wilderness.

What starts as a search for Taniya soon develops into an investigation involving strange occurrences and questions that do not have easy answers.
