Actor Bobby Deol and his wife Tania Deol have expanded their real estate portfolio through their company Greenstone Investments Pvt Ltd, which has purchased five commercial office units in Mumbai’s Andheri area for approximately ₹15.05 crore.
According to property registration documents accessed by CRE Matrix, the office units measure over 3,400 sq ft in total and are located on the second floor of Yura Business Park – Phase 2, situated along Link Road in Andheri West.
The deal was registered on February 27, 2026, with a stamp duty payment exceeding ₹90 lakh and a registration fee of about ₹1.5 lakh, as per the documents.
Same building as Hrithik Roshan’s offices
Interestingly, the building also houses commercial investments by the family of Bollywood star Hrithik Roshan.

While the Deol family’s units are located on the second floor, the Roshan family’s properties are spread across the third and fourth floors of the commercial complex.
The developer behind the project is Yura Business Park Private Limited, which is also listed as the seller in the transaction involving the Deol family’s firm.
Project completion expected in 2027
Documents indicate that the commercial building is currently under construction, with possession of the office spaces expected by December 2027.
The five office units purchased by Greenstone Investments also include five dedicated parking spaces, adding to the value of the investment.

Roshan family’s earlier ₹28 crore investment
Property records show that the Roshan family had earlier purchased 10 office units in the same project for around ₹28 crore in November 2025.
Five of those units were bought through HRX Digitech LLP, where Hrithik Roshan and Rakesh Roshan serve as designated partners. The remaining five units were purchased by Filmkunj (Bombay) Pvt Ltd, where Roshan and his mother Pramila Roshan are listed as directors.
