Actor Tara Sutaria has found herself under social media scrutiny following reports suggesting that she and Veer Pahariya may have parted ways. “I’ve always believed success is internal. Peace of mind, a handful of people who love you, knowing yourself — that’s always been the goal,” she said.

The actor also spoke about learning to protect her emotional space. “I’ve learned how to protect my peace. Only we know how to calm our nervous systems,” Tara added, without directly addressing the rumours surrounding her personal life.

According to a Filmfare report, sources close to the couple claimed that Tara and Veer have decided to go their separate ways. However, neither has confirmed nor denied the report, and the reason behind the alleged split remains unknown.

The AP Dhillon concert controversy

The duo previously grabbed headlines following viral clips from AP Dhillon’s Mumbai concert, where Tara was seen sharing a friendly moment with the singer on stage. Social media users speculated about Veer’s reaction, interpreting his expressions from the audience as discomfort.

Addressing the chatter, Tara took to Instagram to call out what she described as “false narratives” and “paid PR.” Veer, too, clarified that the viral footage had been misleadingly edited.

Later, an unedited clip shared by social media personality Orry showed Veer cheering for Tara during the concert. Reposting the video, Veer wrote, “The truth always wins (What the media will never show you).”

Their relationship timeline

Tara and Veer reportedly made their relationship public around mid-July 2025, after having dated earlier in the year. Speculation first began when Tara shared a picture with AP Dhillon from his track Thodi Si Daaru. Veer commented “My” with emojis, to which Tara replied “Mine,” confirming their relationship at the time.
