Actor Arjun Kapoor recently shared an emotional note on Instagram on his late mother Mona Kapoor’s birth anniversary, opening up about grief, resilience, and the strength she continues to give him. The heartfelt post received an outpouring of support from friends, colleagues, and fans — including his former partner, Malaika Arora.
In the post, Arjun reflected on a difficult phase in his life and how his mother’s teachings have helped him face adversity.
“Life’s been kinda cruel to me lately but it’s ok, I’ve taken the punches before, I’ll take ’em again & still rise,” he wrote. He added that his mother taught him to face life head-on with grace and dignity, ending the message by saying that they would celebrate her birthday together someday.
