TWICE member Momo has officially become one of the newest K-pop stars to secure premium real estate. As per Korean media reports dated October 31, the global star has purchased a high-end villa worth close to 3 million USD — and notably, she paid for the entire amount in cash.

The property — Arcadia Signature, Guri City

Momo reportedly bought a unit in Arcadia Signature, located in Achiu Village, Guri City — an upscale residential region situated just outside Seoul. Registration documents show that the deal was signed on October 23, with the purchase price listed at 4.27 billion KRW (around 2.99 million USD).

The luxury complex, completed in 2023, is known for having only eight residence units — six villas and two penthouse suites — along with tight private security, limited access, and advanced entry systems designed for high-profile residents.

Arcadia Signature is already popular among A-list Korean entertainers. According to reports, the complex houses names such as:
