Nevertheless, the film’s theatrical performance is considered a successful outing for the Tamil film industry, especially given its modest scale and fresh lead pairing.
Abishan Jeevinth’s Breakthrough as Lead Actor
The film marks the first full-fledged lead role for Abishan Jeevinth. Interestingly, he is also known for his work as a filmmaker.
His earlier project Tourist Family earned critical appreciation and was regarded as one of the notable Tamil films of 2025. While he also appeared in that film, it did not feature him in a complete lead role.
