Stage of Dreams: Veena Jain Mentors Arpitha Lankesh Ahead of Mrs Globe 2026 in California

As the Mrs Globe 2026 pageant approaches, National Director for India Veena Jain is intensively mentoring India’s delegate Arpitha Lankesh, preparing her for one of the world’s most recognised international pageants.

The global event will be held in Palm Springs, California, from June 16 to 21, bringing together over 100 delegates from across the world. This year marks the 30th anniversary of Mrs Globe, and for the first time, all six Mrs Globe categories will be conducted under one unified platform.

“Confidence Is the Real Foundation”

For Veena Jain, success in pageantry goes far beyond grooming, styling, or stage presentation. She believes that confidence is the defining factor that separates strong contestants from the rest.

Having been associated with Mrs Globe since 2017—when she earned the Best Speaker title—Jain says the platform has evolved significantly while maintaining its focus on personality development and communication.

According to her, every year brings a fresh theme and structured preparation process, with contestants trained months in advance to meet global standards.

Handpicked Delegate from Bengaluru

This year, Jain selected Bengaluru-based Arpitha Lankesh as India’s representative for Mrs Classique Globe. She recalls being immediately impressed by her presence and confidence during their first interaction.

Over the past seven months, Jain has been personally mentoring Lankesh through intensive preparation sessions, helping her refine her stage presence, communication skills, and overall personality development.

While Lankesh initially struggled with nerves, consistent training helped her gradually build confidence and adapt to the demands of international pageantry.

From IT Professional to Global Stage

Arpitha Lankesh, an IT professional and entrepreneur, admitted that participating in a beauty pageant was never part of her original plan.

She shared that the journey initially felt overwhelming, but as training progressed, she began to enjoy the experience and embrace the transformation.

For her, the pageant has become more than a competition—it is a platform for self-growth and cultural exchange.

Sisterhood Beyond Competition

One of the defining features of the Mrs Globe system, according to Lankesh, is the sense of community among participants. Delegates regularly connect through weekly virtual sessions known as “Monday Memos,” fostering interaction and mutual support.

She described the experience as one built on sisterhood, where learning and personal development take precedence over competition.

Representing India on a Global Platform

Expressing pride in representing India, Lankesh said the opportunity allows her to meet people from different cultures and broaden her perspective.

She emphasized that the pageant is not solely about winning but about developing confidence, personality, and global awareness.

As she prepares for the international stage in California, Lankesh continues her training with focus and determination under Veena Jain’s guidance.
