Playback singer Shreya Ghoshal has added another high-value asset to her real estate portfolio with the purchase of a luxury apartment in Mumbai’s Santacruz West. The transaction, registered on April 24, 2026, is valued at approximately ₹20.88 crore.

The property has been acquired jointly with Sarmistha Ghoshal and Bishwajit Ghoshal. According to property records, the deal also involved a stamp duty payment of around ₹1.25 crore.

Property Details

The apartment is located in a residential project developed as part of the redevelopment of the former Sukhada building on Sarojini Road. The unit offers a carpet area of about 2,601 sq ft and includes an additional balcony space of roughly 299 sq ft.

Santacruz West is considered one of Mumbai’s well-established suburban locations, known for its connectivity and residential appeal.

Third Purchase in Recent Months

This marks Shreya Ghoshal’s third real estate investment within a short span. Earlier, she reportedly purchased two luxury apartments in Worli, with a combined value estimated at around ₹60 crore.

The latest acquisition reflects a continued interest among celebrities in premium Mumbai properties, particularly in established and redeveloped residential zones.
