Rida Tharana has revealed that Shalini Passi’s reaction after the dramatic The Traitors 2 finale left her genuinely nervous. Speaking about the moment, Rida recalled Shalini telling her, “You’re going to pay for this,” after learning that Rida and Krystle D’Souza had betrayed her in the final stages of the reality show.

She said she initially noticed Krystle celebrating and dancing, while Rida decided that she should speak to Shalini and explain what had happened during the game.

According to Rida, she wanted to clarify one particular misunderstanding surrounding the coffin-related mission.

“I told her that it wasn’t me who had given her name for the coffin-related mission. We had just chosen Ikka paaji for the task,” Rida explained.

She further said that neither she nor the other contestants knew in advance that Shalini and Ansh Chopra would be involved in the task.

Rida said she felt particularly bad because Shalini and Ansh were among the people she had spent time with regularly during the show.

‘You’re Going To Pay For This’

Despite Rida’s attempt to explain the situation, Shalini’s response left her startled.

According to Rida, Shalini looked at her and said:

“You’re going to pay for this.”

Rida admitted that the remark genuinely frightened her at the time.

“Her reaction really scared me!” she recalled, adding the humorous observation that Shalini had the financial means to make good on the warning.

Rida said she immediately moved away and jokingly thought that her time had come to an end.

The exchange, however, did not turn into a lasting personal conflict.
