Niharika Konidela is steadily building her own identity while carrying forward one of Telugu cinema’s most respected legacies. The actor-producer, currently enjoying the success of her latest project RaaKaaSaa, recently spoke about her journey, inspirations, and the lessons she has learned from her uncles, Chiranjeevi and Pawan Kalyan.
From Actor to Producer: An Organic Journey
Niharika entered production at a young age, but she describes it as an organic decision rather than a planned move.
She began with her web series Muddapappu Avakai in 2015, which she wrote, produced, and acted in. At a time when OTT platforms were not widely available, the series was released on YouTube. The same year, she launched her production house, Pink Elephant Pictures.
Over time, she expanded into multiple digital projects before stepping into feature films with Committee Kurrollu in 2024. The film performed well, and she followed it up with RaaKaaSaa, which has also found success.

From Chiranjeevi, she has learned the importance of discipline and honesty in work. From Pawan Kalyan, she has adopted the philosophy that simplicity often has the greatest impact.
She also shared that her bond with both her uncles is rooted in deep respect, along with warmth and affection.
