During a live-streamed pre-pageant meeting, Itsaragrisil publicly reprimanded Bosch for allegedly failing to post sufficient promotional content on social media. He allegedly used an insulting term, calling her a “dumbhead”—though he later denied using that specific word, saying he accused her of causing “damage.”
