YouTuber Elvish Yadav’s House Attacked in Gurugram, Over a Dozen Shots Fired by Masked Men

Gurugram: Popular YouTuber and Bigg Boss OTT Season 2 winner Elvish Yadav’s residence in Gurugram’s Sector 57 came under attack early Sunday morning when three masked men allegedly opened fire outside his house. The incident occurred around 5:30 AM, with police confirming that more than a dozen rounds were fired.

According to Sandeep Kumar, PRO of Gurugram Police, Yadav was not present at the house during the attack. Police teams have launched an investigation, and further details are awaited.

Who is Elvish Yadav?

Elvish Yadav, born Siddharth Yadav, is one of India’s leading YouTubers with over 15.7 million subscribers. A graduate in Commerce from Delhi University’s Hansraj College, he rose to fame with his satirical content and went on to win Bigg Boss OTT Season 2.

Earlier this month, the Supreme Court granted an interim stay on legal proceedings against Yadav in connection with a controversial rave party case where snake venom and narcotics were allegedly supplied. He was chargesheeted under multiple provisions of the Wildlife Protection Act, Indian Penal Code, and NDPS Act.

Yadav has challenged the charges, claiming no contraband or wildlife products were recovered from him, and argued that the case gained heightened media attention because of his public profile. His legal team also contends that certain charges were added post-arrest to intensify the matter.

Despite legal controversies, Elvish Yadav continues to be a significant figure in India’s digital entertainment space, with a massive fan base and strong social media influence.
