Ravi Dubey And Sargun Mehta Unveil Their Dream Home ‘Saubhagya’ In Mumbai

Actor Ravi Dubey and actress-producer Sargun Mehta have given fans a glimpse inside their stunning new Mumbai residence, aptly named ‘Saubhagya’, meaning good fortune. The sea-facing apartment in Bandra West has quickly become the talk of social media, with admirers praising its elegant interiors and breathtaking views.

Ravi, who will soon be seen portraying Lord Lakshman in Nitesh Tiwari’s much-awaited film Ramayana alongside Ranbir Kapoor and Sai Pallavi, recently shared moments from the couple’s life in their new home. The apartment, previously owned by Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan, is reportedly rented by the couple for around ₹11 lakh per month.

The first public look at ‘Saubhagya’ came during Ganesh Chaturthi 2025 when Ravi and Sargun welcomed Ganpati Bappa into their new residence. Sharing a video from the celebration, Ravi expressed gratitude and happiness as the couple marked the beginning of a new chapter in their lives.

Their close friend and actress Nia Sharma also visited the apartment and shared her excitement through social media videos. Impressed by the luxurious space, she jokingly declared herself an “uninvited guest,” while complimenting the home’s design and spectacular sea views.

The interiors of ‘Saubhagya’ reflect a blend of sophistication and comfort. The home features a white-and-gold colour palette, a spacious living room with plush seating arrangements, warm ambient lighting and stylish décor elements. A dedicated entertainment area and bar add to the apartment’s upscale appeal.

One of the standout features of the residence is its expansive balcony overlooking the Arabian Sea. Designed with artificial grass, wooden furniture and lush accents, the outdoor space offers a serene retreat amid Mumbai’s bustling cityscape.

Ravi and Sargun’s journey together began in 2009 on the sets of 12/24 Karol Bagh. After getting engaged on Nach Baliye 5, the couple tied the knot in December 2013. Over the years, they have built successful careers in the entertainment industry and expanded their creative footprint through their production house, Dreamiyaata Entertainment.

The move to ‘Saubhagya’ also coincides with a significant phase in Ravi’s professional life. Having recently completed filming for Ramayana, the actor celebrated wrapping up his schedule with humour, sharing that he had bid farewell to the beard he grew for the role and the “fake wisdom” that came with it.
