Bollywood actor Raveena Tandon recently shared her thoughts on changing lifestyles, family relationships and the so-called generational gap between parents and children.
During a conversation with Times Entertainment, the actress revealed that she does not experience a major disconnect with today’s younger generation because of the close bond she shares with her children.
“We are friends,” Raveena said while speaking about her relationship with her kids.
“We Do Everything Together”
The actress explained that her family enjoys spending time together and shares many common interests, which naturally strengthens their connection across generations.
“We do everything together. Our likes and dislikes are almost the same,” she shared.
Raveena added that activities like wildlife safaris, caring for animals and spending time in nature are passions shared by the entire family.

The actor also joked that her family would happily live with “100 dogs and no humans.”
Raveena Tandon Talks About Technology Gap
While discussing generational changes, Raveena admitted that technology is one area where she still seeks help from her children.
“I definitely ask for technology help from my son and my daughter,” she said humorously.
Despite adapting to modern technology, the actress expressed concern about the growing culture of constant mobile recording and public surveillance through smartphones.

Raveena Tandon criticised the increasing use of camera phones in public spaces, saying it has become an invasion of privacy not only for celebrities but for everyone.
“The smartphones are great. But those cameras that everyone has, is really an invasion on privacy,” she stated.
She added that the issue affects ordinary people as much as public figures.
