- 1 cup onion, finely chopped
- ¾ teaspoon turmeric powder
- 2 teaspoons Kashmiri chilli powder

- 5 tomatoes (pureed)
- 1 cup chopped tomatoes

- 1 medium capsicum, cut into large pieces
- 1 large onion, cut into chunks

- 3 tablespoons mustard oil
- ½ cup water (or as needed)
