Priyanka Chopra Arrives in Mumbai for The Great Indian Kapil Show S4, Teases Kapil Sharma: “You Better Be Ready”

Priyanka Chopra is back in Mumbai — and this time, she’s bringing her signature charm and humour to The Great Indian Kapil Show Season 4.

The global icon touched down in the city on Wednesday for the shoot, giving fans a glimpse of her arrival through Instagram updates. Sharing a laid-back in-flight selfie, Priyanka playfully tagged Kapil Sharma and wrote, “You better be ready,” confirming her appearance on the highly awaited new season of the comedy talk show.

Soon after, she posted a short video from her taxi, enjoying the cool breeze with the caption, “Mumbai meri jaan,” sending her fans into a frenzy.

Priyanka has been frequently flying to India for work commitments, most notably for SS Rajamouli’s mega-project Varanasi starring Mahesh Babu and Prithviraj Sukumaran. The film, slated for a 2027 release, marks her grand comeback to Indian cinema after nearly eight years. While the makers are keeping details tightly guarded, a spectacular event in Hyderabad last month unveiled the film’s title and introduced the characters through a short visual tease.

Meanwhile, Kapil Sharma’s comedy empire is buzzing with activity. Season 3 of The Great Indian Kapil Show wrapped up in September with Akshay Kumar gracing the finale. Just weeks later, Kapil announced Season 4, posting behind-the-scenes pictures from the first day of shoot.

Apart from the show, Kapil is gearing up for the release of Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon 2, starring Hira Warina, Parul Gulati, Ayesha Khan, Manjot Singh, and Tridha Choudhury. The film is scheduled to hit theatres on 12 December.

Priyanka’s return to the Kapil stage is expected to be one of the most talked-about moments of the season — and with her teasing Kapil already, fans know they’re in for an entertaining episode.
