Bigg Boss 20: Mahhi Vij and Mary Kom Clash Over Makeup, Kitchen Duties and Family

Tensions are escalating inside the Bigg Boss 20 house, with Mahhi Vij and Mary Kom getting into a heated argument over contribution, household responsibilities and the way contestants present themselves.

The disagreement unfolded during a ration-related task after Mahhi, Uditi Singh and Aasif Khan were called into the ’20’ room and asked to identify the contestant they believed had contributed the least to the show.

What began as a task quickly turned into a personal confrontation, with Mary taking issue with Mahhi’s comments and repeatedly questioning her contribution to the house.

Mahhi Vij Struggles to Recall Mary Kom’s Name

During the task, Mahhi appeared to struggle to remember Mary Kom’s name. When asked to identify the contestant, she said, “Unka naam kya hai?”

When Uditi asked whom she meant, Mahhi replied, “Kickboxer.”

Mary took offence at the remark and responded by questioning the value of makeup and dressing up when it came to running a household.

“Khana band ho jayega toh pata chalega kitchen kya hota hai. Idhar makeup kar karke sundar sundar banke na kuch nahi hota. Ghar chalana sundar makeup mein nahi hota hai,” Mary said.

The comment set the stage for a bigger confrontation after the task.

Mary Kom Takes Aim at Mahhi’s Makeup and Kitchen Contribution

Following the task, Mary continued to criticise Mahhi while discussing the situation with other housemates.

“Jisko khana banaya voh khud jao, pakao aur khao. Maine contribute nahi kiya na. Ab main bhi makeup shuru kar dungi,” she said.

Later, in the kitchen, Mary questioned what she described as Mahhi’s contribution to the house.

“Sabse pehle khana khane aayegi. Mera contribution kya hai? Kya contribution hai unlog ka? Sirf makeup makeup, nahake naya dress pehenna hi aata hai,” Mary said.

Uditi, who was present during the conversation, also questioned whether being a well-known personality meant someone should automatically be treated differently.

Mary then continued her criticism, bringing up Mahhi’s responsibilities as a mother while discussing household work.

“Mere kitchen mein se pet bhar bharke khati hai, sharam bhi nahi aati, besharam. Ek ghar chalana aasan hai kya? Maa hai toh pata hona chahiye,” Mary said.

Mahhi Vij Tells Mary Kom: ‘Maa Pe Mat Aao’

Mahhi strongly objected when the argument moved toward family.

“Maa pe mat aao,” she told Mary.

Rohed Khan subsequently referred to Mary as the “Pride of India.” Mahhi responded by saying that she and other housemates had also contributed through their work.

“Hum bhi India ke pride hain. Kaam kiya hai. Jhake marake nahi aaye,” Mahhi said.

Mary, however, asked Mahhi not to compare their respective achievements.

“Aapka profile accha hai, mere se mat compare karo. Mere achievements se compare mat karo,” the boxing champion said.

Mahhi responded, “Theek hai, hum chhote hai bhai.”

The exchange continued as the two contestants disagreed over Mary’s comments about makeup and clothing.

Mary and Mahhi Argue Over Their Achievements

At one point, Mary said that being recognised as a national sporting figure should not be used as a basis for comparison.

She also questioned Mahhi’s reference to being a “pride” of India, pointing to her own experience of competing internationally.

Mahhi subsequently asked Mary whether she felt ashamed of her comments. Mary replied that she was simply doing her part by preparing food in the house.

Mahhi then objected to Mary’s repeated remarks about contestants wearing makeup and dressing up.

“Bakwas kar rahe ho, kabse makeup lagati hai, kapde pehenti hai. This is the way you talk?” Mahhi asked.

Mary responded that she stood by what she had said and questioned why Mahhi had not respected her.

Aamrapali Dubey and Love Gill Support Mary Kom

The argument also became a topic of discussion among other housemates. In the bedroom, Aamrapali Dubey and Love Gill were seen supporting Mary during the conversation.

Aamrapali pointed out that even children growing up today recognise Mary because of her sporting achievements.

Mary then defended the significance of her career and legacy.

“Uske bachche ko bhi malum hoga mera naam. Itne se mere naam khatam ho jayega kya? Yeh khatam ho jayegi kal parso. Mera naam to record mein rahega,” she said.

Meanwhile, Mahhi later discussed the confrontation with Isha Rikhi and objected to Mary bringing her children into the argument.

Mahhi Vij Brings Up Mary Kom’s Family

While speaking to Isha, Mahhi criticised Mary for referring to her children during the dispute.

“Main tumse acchi maa hu. Mere jaisi maa koi paida nahi hui hai. Main aisi maa hu joh apne pati ki aaj tak respect karti hai. Tumhari tarah nahi ki apne pati ki dhajjiya udati ho joh bachche ka baap hai,” Mahhi said.
