Television and film actor Avika Gor has been hospitalised in Mumbai after being diagnosed with dengue, her husband Milind Chandwani confirmed through a social media update.
Milind shared that the actor had been battling a high fever of 103–104 degrees for several days but continued to honour her professional commitments before finally seeking medical care. His heartfelt message has prompted an outpouring of support from fans, who have wished the actor a speedy recovery.

In a video posted on Instagram, Milind Chandwani revealed that Avika had been suffering from a persistent high fever for nearly five days.

Continued Working Before Hospitalisation
According to Milind, Avika completed the remaining shoot for one of her upcoming projects over two days while dealing with the fever.
After taking a short break, she underwent medical tests for dengue and malaria. During the same period, she also travelled to Delhi for an advertising shoot.
The test results later confirmed that she had contracted dengue, following which she was admitted to a Mumbai hospital on August 6 for treatment and observation.
Her husband described her dedication as inspiring and thanked fans for their continued support.
