Actor Meerra Chopra has publicly expressed support for Ravi Mohan amid his ongoing divorce proceedings with estranged wife Aarti Ravi. Meerra Chopra, who is also Priyanka Chopra’s cousin, reacted on X after reading reports about Ravi Mohan’s press conference. Sharing her thoughts, she stated that men should also be heard during marital disputes and legal battles.
“I know this guy as #JeyamRavi. Knew him quite well when I was working in South movies. Just read about his divorce. My two cents would be — man is not the one who is wrong all the time,” Meerra wrote on social media.
She further added that she believes some individuals misuse laws that are perceived to favour women and said she has known Ravi Mohan as “an extremely sweet and simple guy.” She also expressed hope that the actor finds “truth and justice.”
