Alia Bhatt recently shared an update about her upcoming film Love & War while attending Milan Fashion Week as a global ambassador for Gucci.
Dressed in a head-to-toe Gucci ensemble, Alia turned heads in a black leatherette trench coat paired with statement sunglasses. In a video shared with Vogue Italia on Instagram, the actor was seen preparing for the show and speaking about Milan, her ongoing film shoot, and more.
‘A Magical Experience’
During the interaction, Alia mentioned that it was her second visit to Milan within six months. She expressed her fondness for the city’s people and cuisine.
Opening up about her current project, she said, “I am working on a movie currently called Love & War. It is a film directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali. We are at the tail end of filming. It has been quite a magical experience. Working with Sanjay sir is a once-in-a-lifetime experience, and I am so grateful that I get to do it.”

Earlier reports suggested another delay to 2027, while recent updates indicate that the film currently does not have a locked release date but remains committed to a 2026 release window.
Ranbir Kapoor had earlier confirmed during an Instagram Live session that the postponement rumours were true, though he did not specify a new date.
Alia’s last theatrical release was Jigra in 2024.
