Govind Namdev Reveals SRK’s Gruelling Routine

In a recent conversation with The Lallantop, actor Govind Namdev, who worked with Shah Rukh in Phir Bhi Dil Hai Hindustani, opened up about the actor’s extraordinary daily discipline.

Govind shared that SRK manages workouts, public appearances, rehearsals, dialogue preparation, and travel commitments — all while functioning on minimal rest.

He remarked that Shah Rukh works almost around the clock and still makes time for fitness routines and professional responsibilities. According to him, what stood out even more was the actor’s ability to handle serious physical issues without letting them affect his performance.

Working Through Health Issues

Govind further revealed that Shah Rukh has dealt with significant back and spine-related problems, along with other health concerns. Despite this, he continues to maintain demanding shooting schedules and public commitments.

Those who have worked closely with him often point out his mental resilience and professional focus. Even while navigating physical discomfort, SRK reportedly ensures that his energy on set remains unaffected.

What’s Next for Shah Rukh Khan?

After delivering a historic 2023 with blockbuster releases like Pathaan, Jawan, and Dunki, Shah Rukh Khan stepped away briefly from on-screen appearances.

He is now preparing for his upcoming film, King. The project is particularly special as it will mark the big-screen debut of his daughter Suhana Khan.
