- 2 cups 100% pineapple juice, chilled
- 2 cups 100% grape juice, chilled
- 4 cups sparkling water or club soda, chilled
- 1 cup plain unsweetened coconut water
- 1 1/2 cups mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
- 2 medium oranges, sliced thin
- 2 medium limes, sliced thin
- 2 medium lemons, sliced thin
- 1 medium cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1 medium red apple, thinly sliced
- 1 cup seedless watermelon, small cubes
- 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
- 1–2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 2 cups ice cubes, plus extra for serving
- Optional fun garnishes: paper straws, cocktail umbrellas, colorful cups, extra fruit slices
Instructions
- Chill liquids: Refrigerate all juices, sparkling water, and coconut water for at least 2 hours so mocktails stay cold without diluting flavors.
- Prep fruits and herbs: Rinse fresh fruits and herbs under cold water and pat dry. Slice citrus, cucumber, and apple thinly.
- Sunshine Citrus Fizz: Combine 1 cup orange juice, 1/2 cup lemon slices, 1/2 cup sparkling water, a few mint leaves, and ice in a pitcher. Add a teaspoon of honey if desired.
- Berry Party Spritzer: Muddle 1/2 cup berries with 2–3 basil leaves in a pitcher. Add 1 cup grape juice and 1 cup sparkling water, stir, and let infuse 5 minutes. Serve over ice.
- Apple Cucumber Cooler: Mix 1 cup apple juice, 1/2 cup cucumber slices, 1/2 cup apple slices. Top with 1 cup sparkling water and a squeeze of lime. Refrigerate until serving.
- Tropical Island Splash: Combine 1 cup pineapple juice with 3/4 cup coconut water. Add watermelon cubes and orange slices. Top with 1/2 cup sparkling water and ice before serving.
- Watermelon Mint Bubbles: Lightly mash 1/2 cup watermelon in a pitcher. Add 1/2 cup pineapple juice, mint leaves, and 1 cup sparkling water. Stir gently.
- Grape Lime Zing: Combine 1 cup grape juice with lime slices. Pour in 1 cup sparkling water and ice. Adjust lime for extra tang.
- Kids’ Mocktail Station: Set out pitchers, sliced fruits, herbs, ice, and fun cups. Let kids add ice and fruits first, then pour the mocktail, leaving room for fizz.
- Encourage mixing: Kids can top drinks with extra sparkling water for bubbles. Stir gently and taste before adding optional sweetener.
- Serving tips: Serve immediately and keep pitchers chilled. Discard fruit garnishes left at room temperature over 2 hours. Store leftover juices separately.
