The latest episode of Shark Tank India Season 5 delivered laughter, awkward humour, and tough business reality as two Delhi-based entrepreneurs pitched their men’s innerwear brand Panteazy — triggering one of the most entertaining moments of the season involving Anupam Mittal.
The Pitch That Started It All
Friends Vikash Dahiya and Praveen Mishra entered the tank seeking Rs 50 lakh for 5 percent equity, valuing their business at Rs 10 crore. Their brand carries the quirky tagline:
“Andar ki baat hogi sundar.”
The sharks — Aman Gupta, Anupam Mittal, Namita Thapar, Mohit Yadav and Kunal Bahl — chuckled as the founders described Panteazy as a men’s version of lingerie, offering everything from regular underwear to jock straps, thongs and bodysuits.
‘Anupam Aap Brand Ambassador Banoge?’
During the discussion, Mohit Yadav jokingly asked the founders whether they would consider Anupam Mittal as their brand ambassador.

“Bilkul. Woh suit bhi karenge, sabse zyada atrangi aur stylish.”
Anupam burst out laughing and shot back:
“Phenk ke marunga.”
The studio erupted in laughter.
Not stopping there, the founders added that any shark could be their brand ambassador since “everyone wears underwear.”

Aman Gupta raised concerns over the brand name “Panteazy”, suggesting it felt more like a fantasy label than a lifestyle brand.
The founders defended themselves:
“With due respect sir, naam mein kuch nahi hota. Technically toh audio ke liye boAt bhi koi naam nahi hai aisa.”
Sharks Exit, One by One
Despite the humour, the sharks found the business numbers underwhelming and the growth plan unclear.
