Fresh from her journey as Bigg Boss 19 runner-up, actress and peace activist Farrhana Bhatt has candidly shared the intense highs and lows she faced inside the house. In an exclusive chat with Pinkvilla, she reflected on the moment when Salman Khan called her out during Weekend Ka Vaar for her confrontational behavior and use of inappropriate language.
Farrhana Recalls the Incident
Recollecting the moment, Farrhana admitted she was overwhelmed and frustrated:
“I was very angry and used to speak harshly to everyone in the house. When Salman Khan said he would need a dictionary to understand my language, I didn’t grasp why a dictionary was needed. That weekend, I realized it was my mistake. I was extremely furious and might have said anything to anyone. He asked me to read the dictionary, and I actually did. Main padh rahi thi aur mujhe hasne ka mann ho raha tha (I was looking at it and found it funny).”
Farrhana also acknowledged that her language should have been more controlled, pointing out that she was seemingly scrutinized more than other contestants:
“Mujhe laga tha ki ye zyada ho raha hai. Main bhool jaati hoon ki main national television par hoon… Lekin jab ghar ke 10 log ek shabd bolte hain, kabhi pick nahi hota, lekin jaise hi Farrhana Bhatt bolti hai, ek aag lag jaati thi weekend par.”
In English, she explained: “It seemed overwhelming. I should not have done that. I lose track of being on national television. When ten people in the house used a word, it went unnoticed, but when I said it, it caused a huge reaction over the weekend.”
